Malcolm Wade Rond "Papado" Malcolm Wade Rond "Papado" age 72 died Friday, January 18, 2013 at his home in Jefferson, Texas. Malcolm was born July 24, 1940 in Natchitoches, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Opal (Cox) and John C. Rond and grandson, Kelton Chase Rond. Malcolm is survived by his daughters, Tami Pallay and husband Robert of Mount Sterling, KY; Raquel Puckett and husband Greg of Columbus, MS; Tera Rond of Houston, TX; son, Cory Rond of Houston, TX; stepdaughters, Lori Mosley of Arlington, TX; and Debbie Farmer and husband Jeff of Jefferson, TX; sisters, Phyllis Bridwell and husband Jack of Glastonbury, CT; Wanda Williamson and Veronica Barrington and husband Delray of Logan, UT; grandchildren, Anna Claire Garcie and husband Josh, Elizabeth Hamiter, Laura Kathryn and Robert Pallay, Jr., Stacey, Ricky, Davie Ann and Miller Puckett, Ariel and Kalobe Rond; great grandson, Josh Garcie and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 3:00 pm Saturday, January 26, 2013 at VFW Post 10373 in Jefferson, TX.
