Kittie Lee (Graham) Taylor Age 80 August 19, 2006 Died at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL Service will be held at Central United Methodist Church on Monday, August 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Elder Tim McCool, Rev. J. Barrett "Bo" Lloyd, and Rev. Prentiss "Bud" Gordon Jr. Officiating Meadow Branch M.B. Church Cemetery Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, August 20, 2006 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Mrs. Taylor was born on November 29, 1925 in Lamar County Alabama to the late Roy Lee and Oma Duke Graham. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church where she served as meditation pianist and was a member of the Wallace Roberts Sunday School Class. She was a promoter of southern gospel music and played for several quartets in Alabama and Mississippi. She was a graduate of Millport High School and Birmingham Business School. She was the former owner/operator of Crawley Grocery Store in Belk Alabama, a former school teacher at Crossville School in Lamar County Alabama,and retired from Roberts-Nichols Hardware as a secretary in Fayette Alabama. She enjoyed quilting and her excercise class at the YMCA. She had a special love for her children, grandchildren, and her entire family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Jonas D. Crawley and her 2nd husband Roy Lee "Snowball" Taylor. Daughter-Karon Crawley Renfroe (Bob) of Fayette, Ala.
