Peggy Anne Pate Age 54 died Tuesday March 10, 2009 at her residence in Columbus, MS Services were held at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 4:00 PM with Minister Bo Jeffares Officiating A graveside service will be held Monday March 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m at Pinecrest Cemetery in Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Pate was born on March 12, 1954 in Forrest City, Arkansas to the late Kirk and Geraldine Caldwell "Jerry" Walker Jr. She was a graduate of Mississippi University for Women and a senior detailer in the drafting department of CECO Building Systems. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother David Kirk Walker. Sons -Alex Pate of Columbus, Miss. -Hunter Pate of Starkville, Miss. Husband -George Pate of Columbus, Miss. Sister -Carolyn Brazil (Chris) of Benton, Ark. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society in Peggy Pates memory.
