MARY WATTS Mary Eugenia Watts age 91 died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Winston County Medical Center in Louisville MS. Services will be held Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jonathan Speegle officiating, burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Watts was born on Saturday, October 30, 1920 in West Point, MS to the late Daniel Eugene and Lucille Parrish Woolbright. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and a retired school teacher, having taught for 25 years at Franklin Academy and Stokes-Beard schools. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dwight M. Watts Sr. and her brother Kermit Woolbright. Survivors include: One Daughter: Genecile Watts Weston (Bruce), Ijamsville, MD One Son: Dwight M. Watts, Jr. (Paulette), Florence, MS One Sister: Faye Barker (Raymond), Starkville, MS Grandchildren: Ensley Louise Weston Vaughan Anderson Weston (Erin) And a host of nieces and nephews and her special friends, Beth Brooks, Lanelle McMillen, Joan Atkins, Jana Tanton, and Jawana Baswell The Pallbearers will be: Granville Barker, Andrew Hansen, Lamar Barker, Vaughan Weston, Daniel Woolbright, and,Guy Watts, Jr. The Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dr. Virgil Aulton, Bobby McMillen, Benny Shelton, and, Curtis Collums In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Central United Methodist 1201 Church College Street Columbus, MS 39701
