James D. Green Columbus Mississippi - James D. Green 74 died September 21, 2005 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle. Mr. Green was born on September 15, 1931 in Green County MS to the late Lloyd and Elmer Reeves Green. He was a member of Lovewell Baptist Church and a retired truck driver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son Parnell Walley and one sister Opal Reece. Graveside services will be Saturday September 24, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Piney Grove Cemetery near Steens MS with the Rev. Kenny Gardner officiating. Visitation will be Friday 5 until 8 at Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include Wife wife of 25 years Erma W. Green of Columbus MS, Daughters: Janet Sue Morgan of Mize MS, Lynn Perry of Mize MS, Lisa Ann Walters of Laurel MS, Cindy James of Bay Springs MS, Tina McKee of Waynesboro MS. Sons: James Donald Green of Collins MS, John F. Green of Bay Springs MS. 14 Grandchildren: 6 Great Grandchildren .Sisters: Sadie Pennington of Vernon AL, Sylvia McGahey of Columbus MS, Louise Dunham of Old Town FL, Edna Jean Nabors of Breaux Bridge LA. Pallbearers will be Joe Eggleston, Elvis Layton, Dale Reese, Jarrad Reese, Johnny Wooten, Bo Wooten
