Michael Edward Gary, age 51, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at his home in Columbus. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Annunciation Catholic Church with Father Robert Dore, celebrant. Visitation will be held one prior to the service in the atrium of the church. Burial will follow at Delta Heights Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cleveland, MS at 4:00 PM, with Father Kent Bowlds officiating. The son of John L. and Patricia Guerieri Gary, Michael was born December 11, 1960 in Cleveland, MS. He attended Maben High School. He moved to Columbus from Cleveland with his parents in 1989. He was a communicant of Annunciation Catholic Church, where he served as an usher for many years. He was predeceased by his father John L. Gary, who died November 12, 2005. He is survived by his mother Patricia Guerieri Gary, and his brothers Dr. John David Gary (Lori), Gulf Breeze, FL and Louis A. Gary, Atlanta, GA. Pallbearers will be John DeFillipo, Louis DeFillipo, Jimmy McClellan, Steve McClellan, Ron Guerieri and Warren Byrd. Honorary pallbearers will Trey Guerieri, Steve Gary, Dwayne Gary, Dennis Gary and Robert Gary.
