Willard Dan Murphy Age 57 died May 20, 2008 at his Residence. Services will be held at Steens Church of Christ on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Minister J.M Hawkins and Pete Bowen Officiating burial will follow at Christian Chapel Cemetery near Millport AL. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Dan was born in Steens MS on September 21, 1950 to the late Harvey Haley and Mittie Fortner Murphy. He as a member of Steens Church of Christ, a former member of the AFROTC, and enjoyed drawing and writing poems.
