Martha Sue "Sam" Madison
August 7, 1932 — June 29, 2010
. Mrs. Madison was born on Sunday, August 07, 1932 in Columbus to the late James Luther and Alice Cora Cole Beaty. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and a retired receptionist at United Technologies. She at one time was also a school teacher. She was a graduate of Lee High School and Mississippi University for Women. She loved to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister Cora Edwina Beaty and her brother Lavert Beaty. Survivors include: Her husband: Jim Madison Columbus MS Two Daughters: Kendall Wilkerson (Terry), Dora, AL, Dana Perkins, Columbus, MS, Three Grandchildren: Lance Burns, Whitney Perkins, and Madison Perkins
