Mae C. Godfrey Columbus Mississippi - Mae C. Godfrey 98 died October 19, 2005 at Windor Place Nursing Home. Mrs. Godfrey was born on August 23, 1907 in Macon MS to the late Calvin and Sabre Clayton Colburn. She was a member of East End Baptist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Godfrey and her daughter Marie Drees. Funeral services will be Friday October 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. from Memorial Chapel with the Dr. Bill Drees and Rev. Ron McDougald officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include Daughters: Martha Propst (Jake) of Crawford MS, Linda Miller of Florence AL Sons: Jack Drees (Mille) of Columbus MS, Morris C. Drees (Mary) of Gulf Breeze FL, Sidney A. Godfrey (Betty) of Huntsville AL, Robert "Bobby" Godfrey (Jean) of Calera AL Grandchildren: 15 Great Grandchildren: 26 and Great-Great Grandchildren: 11. Pallbearers will be Dennis Pruitt, Blair Oswalt, Matt Drees, Steve Acre, Ricky Winterbottom, Tom Cooke, Chris Godfrey, Davis Drees. Memorials may be made to East End Baptist Church P.O.
