MARGARET W. STROWD Margaret W. Strowd Age 87 died July 2, 2007 at Trinity Healthcare Center in Columbus, MS Graveside services will be held at Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at 5:00 PM with Rev. Ron McDougald Officiating Mrs. Strowd was born on October 23, 1919 in Crawford MS to the late Roy and Stella Williams. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and the retired owner/operator of The Beauty Corner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bailey Strowd Sr. and her son Bailey "Alex" Strowd Jr. survivors include: daughter-in-law-Brenda Thrasher of Columbus, Miss. Sister-Kate Frazier of Columbus, Miss. Sister-Sadie Brewer of Columbus, Miss. Grandson-Brad Strowd (Chesley) of Redmond, Ore. Great grandchild-Sadie Amelia Strowd of Redmond, Ore.
