POLLY MITCHENER Pauline W. "Polly" Mitchener age 85 died Wednesday, December 08, 2010 at her residence in Caledonia. Services will be held Friday, December 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Bryson officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Mrs. Mitchener was born on Saturday, December 20, 1924 in Vernon, AL to the late John Christopher and Alma Henderson Willis. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and a retired secretary at the Infirmary at Mississippi State College for Women (MUW). In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William G. Bob Mitchener. She is survived by her two daughters Barbara B. Vanlandingham and Paula Wilkes(Steve), both of Caledonia, MS; her two sons Grady Mitchener (Cathy) and Ronnie Mitchener, both of Starkville; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and her caregivers Brenda Bozeman and Gwen Shirley. The pallbearers will be Grady Mitchener, Rob Mitchener, Justin Mitchener, Robert J. Burns, Steve Wilkes, and Jerry Mitchener. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, P.O.
