Ruby Idell Edgeworth Williams, age 78, of Columbus, MS, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Golden Triangle in Columbus, MS Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at Living Faith Tabernacle from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2008. Her funeral service will also be at Living Faith Tabernacle at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 2, 2008 , with Rev. James Gardner officiating. Interment will follow the service at Furnace Hill Cemetery in Vernon, AL. The daughter of the late Arthur and Lula Mae Brown Edgeworth, she was born April 27, 1930 in Lamar County, Al. Mrs. Williams attended Living Faith Tabernacle Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard M. Williams and her daughter, Frances Lee Williams Godsey. She is survived by her son Robert R. Williams (Floye) of Columbus, MS.,son-in-law Shelton Godsey of Booneville, MS, and two brothers Tommy Edgeworth of Tupelo, MS and James Edgeworth of Amory, MS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great - great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Paul , Sammy, and Perry Godsey; Jamie, Jimmy and Jason McCellan; and Shane and Jimmy Harrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Cannon, Howard Hiu and Garry Harrison.
