BETTY JEAN THORNTON Mrs. Betty Jean Thornton Age 63 died March 13, 2007 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle in Columbus, MS Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ben Yarber officiating. Visitation from 12:30 until service time. Additional services will be held Victory Baptist Church in Douglasville GA on Monday March 19, 2007 at 4:00 PM Mrs. Thornton was born on May 31, 1943 in Columbus Georgia to the late Floyd W. Davis and Luetrelle Alexander Davis. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Douglasville GA and a homemaker. Survivors include: Husband-Charles Thornton of Lithia Springs, Ga. Mother-Luetrelle Davis of Columbus, Miss. Daughter-Deborah Thornton of Lithia Springs, Ga. Son-Lee (Kimberly) Thornton of Powder Springs, Ga.
