SHIRLEY DENISE DAHLEM Shirley Denise Dahlem (infant) died Monday April 29, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Graveside services will be held Saturday May 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Carruth officiating. Shirley Denise was born on April 29, 2013 to Jennifer Kayla Yoakum, and Dalton Dale Dahlem. In addition to her parents she is survived by her sisters, Trinity and Elektra Wittke, her grandparents, Wayne Lindsey, Carrie Yoakum, Jake Fowler, Todd Dahlem, Shannon Malone, and Robin Jones, and her great grandparents, Shannon and Larry Borchers, Danny Dahlem, Donna and Danny Howel, and Roger and Sandra Jones.
