EUGENIA H. CAPPE Eugenia Hollingsworth Cappe Age 87 died February 10, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle. Graveside service were held at Friendship Cemetery on Monday, February 11, 2008. with Dr. Shawn Parker Officiating Mrs. Cappe was born on March 21, 1920 in Carrollton Alabama to the late M.D. and Marie Owings Hollingsworth. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church. She was the owner/operator of Playthings, Toy & Hobby Shop in The Fairlane Shopping Center and was later the manager of the gifts and bridal department to Mauldins's Furniture for twenty years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Elizabeth Harrison. Survivors include: Daughter-Deborah Latham of Columbus, Miss. Grandchild-Barry Artz (Sarah Beth) of Columbus, Miss. Great grandchild-Caleb Artz Great grandchild-Chloe Artz Great grandchild-Lola Jane Artz Memorials can be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church
