Barbara Jean Scheer 77, of Caledonia died March 5, 2007 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Scheer was born in Downey Calif. and was a member of the Citizens Potawatomi Nation of Shawnee Okla. She retired from Eisenhower Hospital, Rancho Mirage, Calif. She is survived by her loving husband David Scheer of Caledonia: her loving mother Helen Peltier of Coto de Coza Calif: brother Howard Peltier Jr. of LaHabra, Calif: sister Joan Galloway of Coto de Coza Calif; Diana Taylor of Portland Oregon, and Kathleen Smith of Caledonia. Grandsons Justin Smith, Ross Smith, Evan Goldberg: granddaughter Renee Clark.
