NANCY P. TIMM Nancy P. Timm age 85, died Friday January 10, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Visitation will be held Wednesday January 22, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Timm was a co-owner and operator of Columbus Beauty and Barber Supply. She was a 1946 graduate of Lee High School, and MSCW with an Associates Degree. She was an active supporter of The Lowndes County Humane Society, co-chairperson of the Calico Fair, a member of the Art Association of Columbus, and the Columbus Pilgrimage Association. She was an artist, and a horse equestrian. She donated her body for research to University of Mississippi Medical Center. Preceding her in death were her parents, James Grady and Ruby Redus Pennington, sisters, Evelyn Miller, Gladys Kuhn, brothers, James Grady Pennington, Jr., George (Buddy) Pennington, and her niece Kam Atkins Clark.
