Maudie Lee Turner Age 69 died March 7, 2007 at Winston County Medical Center in Louisville, MS Graveside services will be held at Wofford Cemetery on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 4:00 PM at Wofford Cemetery near Vernon Alabama. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10, 2007 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Mrs. Turner was born on July 17, 1937 in Lamar County Alabama to the late Seba and Lizzie Langford Cole. She attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was a homemaker and seamstress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband L.C. Turner, one son Michael Turner, and one sister Annie Ruth Rogers. Survivors Include: Son-Charles Turner of Macon, Miss. Son-Morris Turner of Columbus, Miss. Son-Shane Turner of Fayette, Miss. daughter-in-law-Anita Turner of Columbus, Miss. Sister-Frances Bradley of Columbus, Miss. several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
