LEON KESLER Lewis Leon Kesler age 73 died Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Windsor Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Carroll officiating, burial will follow at Memorials Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Mr. Kesler was born on Sunday, November 15, 1935 in Blytheville, AR to the late Luther Franklin "Frank" and Agnes Gaines Kesler. He was a member of Brooksville United Methodist Church, and a retired farmer. He was a graduate of Morehouse High School in Morehouse, MO, and enjoyed fishing and attending farm equipment auctions. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Mary Bohannon. Survivors include: His One Daughter: Sandy Caudill (Roger), Freeport, FL Two Sons: Ricky Kesler (Carla), Columbus, MS Billy Kesler, Caledonia, MS Two Sisters: Inez Uhls Fiehler (Harlan), Victoria, TX Doris Wylie (Edsel), Sikeston, MO Three Brothers: L.F. "Sonny" Kesler (J.C.), Crawford, MS Donnie Kesler (Evelyn), Columbus, MS Gary Kesler (Becky), Sikeston, MO A Special Friend: Barbara Moore, Brooksville, MS Eight Grand Children: Shane Kesler (Hope) Shannon Coker (Bradley) Kate Kesler Ashley Overton (Chad) Dusty Kesler Nikki Kesler Haley Lindsey Kemp Caudill And 7 Great Grandchildren The Pallbearers will be: Shane Kesler, Dusty Kesler, Kemp Caudill, Steve Kesler, Randy Ewing, and Buzz Soule.
