GEORGIE LOU JEFFERS Georgie Lou Jeffers Age 97 died February 5, 2007 at Trinity Healthcare Center in Columbus, MS Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ron McDougald and Rev. Prentss Gordon Officiating burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Mrs. Jeffers was born on March 23, 1909 in Lamar County Alabama to the late Alfred Cleveland and Sarah Catherine Walden Spouse. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Louis Calvin McGee, her second husband Earl Jeffers, and her son Robert J. McGee Survivors include: Son-L.C. McGee (Betty) of Columbus, Miss. Brother-Raymond Sprouse of Columbus, Miss. Brother-Rev. Tillman Spouse of Birmingham, Ala. daughter-in-law-Kay McGee of Olive Branch, Miss. Grandchild-Melanie Denny of Columbus, Miss. Grandchild-Margaret Hayward (Eddie) of Columbus, Miss. Grandchild-Michael L. McGee (Lorene) of Oxford, Miss.
