LARRY BEATTY Larry Wayne Beatty age 60 died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at his residence in Columbus. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ed Knox and Rev. David Westmoreland officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Larry was born on Wednesday, August 30, 1950 in Columbus, MS to the late Leroy and Elizabeth Goforth Beatty. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and a Blacksmith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Jimmy Ray, Leonard Eugene and Milford Cecil Beatty. Survivors include: Two Sisters: Barbara Slater (Frank), Omaha, NE Sarah Wells (John), Saint Louis, MO Two Brothers: Roy Beatty (Hilda), Columbus, MS Wilburn Beatty (Barbara June), Columbus, MS And a host of nieces and nephews
