RUTH HANSEN Ruth Nanney Coggins Hansen age 92 died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Windsor Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Mantachie First Baptist Church (6080 Hwy 363 Mantachie, MS 38855) with Dr. John Adams officiating, burial will follow at Mantachie Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the Church. Mrs. Hansen was born on Tuesday, November 29, 1921 in Itawamba County, MS to the late R.F. and Edna Loden Nanney. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Columbus, and a retired employee of United Technologies. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Jacky Coggins, Eddie Coggins, and her grandsons, Daren and Andy Coggins. Survivors include: Four Sons: Billy Joe Coggins (Clara) , Columbus, MS Charles Coggins (Cecelia) , Columbus, MS Tommy Coggins (Marie), Columbus, MS Danny Coggins (Rose), Starkville, MS Two Sisters: Odell Dulaney (O.R.), Mantachie, MS Costelle Morrow , Mantachie, MS Daughter-In-Law Pricilla Coggins Nephew: Donnie Morrow, Mantachie, MS 12 Grandchildren, and 20 Great Grandchildren Her sons will serve as pallbearers In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Alzheimer's Association : MS Chapter 196 Charmant Place, Ste 4 Ridgeland MS 39157
