Jace Daniel Moore, infant son of John Jason Jay and Jessica Hemphill Moore, was reunited with his Heavenly Father on March 21, 2014, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Beersheba Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Columbus, MS, with Brother Jerry Lundy of Louisville conducting the service. Memorial Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Jace is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Geraldine Parks Hildreth, great grandparents Ed and Mary Lee Godfrey Hildreth, Mr. & Mrs. Parks, Billy Wayne Barksdale, Durant Moore, John McDaniel and Pearl Moore McDaniel, Paul and Mattie West and Alton Foster.

Jace is survived by his parents John Jay and Jessica Hemphill Moore and his brother Carter Moore, all of Columbus, MS, his maternal grandparents David and Donna Hemphill and Bobby and June Black, all of Louisville, and his paternal grandparents Rodney and Theresa Moore and Peggy W. Barksdale, all of Columbus, MS.
