A visitation will be held Tuesday January 27th from 1:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. at Memorial Funeral Home with graveside services immediately following at Friendship Cemetery. Mr. Carter was born on December 25, 1943 in Louisville to the late Haskell Triplett Carter and Ruth Watson Carter. survivors include: Wife-Judith Wallace Carter of Columbus, Miss.
