ANNE MONTGOMERY BARNES Anne Montgomery Barnes Age 82 died September 1, 2007 at her Residence in Columbus. Services will be held at on Tuesday September 4, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Father James Carlyle Officiating burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery . Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Barnes was born in Durant MS on September 14, 1924 to the late William Glazier and Majorie Ramsey Montgomery. She was a communicant of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dr. George Spencer Barnes Sr. and one brother Billy Montgomery. survivors include: Daughter-Jane Ford (Bill) of Columbus, Miss. Son-George Spencer Barnes, Jr. of Columbus, Miss. Grandchildren-Webster Ford and Elizabeth Ford Memorials can be made to Donor's Choice
