MAURICE "CLIFF" CLOWERS Maurice "Cliff" Clowers Age 66 died January 28, 2007 at his Residence in Columbus, MS Memorial services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 2:00 PM Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2007 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Mr. Clowers was born in Pontotoc County Mississippi to the late Webb and Ella Inez Smitherman Clowers. He was a retired Tech Sargent in the U.S. Air Force and a Cold War and Viet Nam Veteran. After his retirement he work for 23 years at Columbus Air Force Base as a Flight Simulator Operator. He was an avid motorcyclist and a member of the GWRRA an Mingos. Survivors include: Wife-Carolyne H. Clowers of Columbus, Miss. Daughter-Barbara Jarrett of Columbus, Miss. Brother-Rayburn Clowers of Northport, Ala. Grandchild-Angela Hanley of Columbus, Miss. Grandchild-Joshua Williams of Columbus, Miss.
