Lois Harmond Price, age 93, of Columbus, MS, died May 22, 2010, at Trinity Healthcare. Funeral services will be Monday, May 24, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Rev. James Black and Rev. Ron McDougald officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery. The visitation will be Monday, May 24, 2010, one hour prior to the service at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home. Mrs. Price was born January 12, 1917, in Columbus, MS, to the late T. P. and Desdie Minatra Harmond. She was a lifelong resident of Columbus and Lowndes County and was a charter member of Central United Methodist Church. Mrs. Price was a current member of St. Stephen United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Price, and infant son, Willie Lee Price, Jr. Mrs. Price is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbeares will be family and friends.
