JACK NOBLE - Jack B. Noble, age 82, of Columbus, MS, died March 22, 2010, at his residence. Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at 3:00 PM at Park Hill Cemetery in Columbus, GA, with military honors and Gunter & Peel Funeral Home directing. Mr. Noble was born April 18, 1927, in Columbus, GA, to the late Judson H. and Lula Bell Johnson Noble. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Navy and was a member of the VFW. Mr. Noble was a member of the 45 Bingo Club and Columbus Flying Club, enjoyed camping and fishing, and was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Noble. Survivors include his sons, Terry Noble of Huntsville, AL, Ron Noble of Nashville, TN, and John Noble of Pensacola, FL, daughters, Sherry MacDonald of Columbus, MS, Denise Raley of Bossier City, LA, Pamela Lesko of Denver, CO, and Janet Donna Friday of Columbus, MS, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
