LINDA SAVAGE - Linda C. Savage, age 63, of Caledonia, MS, died August 4, 2010, at her residence. Funeral services will be Sunday, August 8, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Rev. Ron McDougald officiating. The interment will immediatly follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation is also Sunday, August 8, 2010, from noon until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Savage was born December 10, 1946, in Columbus, MS, to the late George and Elois Maddox Spruill. She lived in Panama City, FL, for a number of years where she worked as a hotel manager before moving to Guin, AL. Mrs. Savage later moved back to Caledonia, MS, and worked for Walmart as a Children's Department Manager. She enjoyed the outdoors, flowers, gardening, and was a very kind hearted person. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Savage of Caledonia, MS, sons, Andy W. Dolan of Caledonia, MS, Roger L. Dolan of Caledonia, MS, Gerald Savage of Caledonia, MS, Ronald Savage of Panama City, FL, and Donald Savage of Panama City, FL, daughter, Rebecca Owens of Huntsille, AL, sister, Dorothy Murphy of Satellite Beach, FL, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
