Sible E. Robison, age 78, of Caledonia, MS, passed away May 1, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 10:00 AM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Rev. Ben Yarber officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Botter Cemetery in Caledonia. Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2013, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home. Mrs. Robison was born January 7, 1935, in Verona, MS, to the late Hobson and Madgie Lindsey Norris. She worked for a number of years at the Columbus Country Club and attended the Woodlawn Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Halon Robison of Caledonia, MS, sons, Ray Williams of Caledonia, MS, Rick Williams and his wife Kathy of Columbus, MS, Allen Williams and his wife Martie of Columbus, MS, and Scott Williams and his wife Dodie of Columbus, MS, daughter, Melissa Cousar of Caledonia, MS, sister, Joyce Toney of Caledonia, MS, 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be David Edwards, Jeff Bishop, Jeff Harper, Tony Harper, Nicky Williams, Tim Wilson, Jordy Jaynes, and Terry Bishop. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Pounders, Tom Toney, Wendell Chadwick, and Junior Jaynes. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 16808, Jackson, MS, 39236.
