Judy Estella Williams Kilmer, age 64, of Tuscaloosa, AL, formerly of Columbus, MS, passed away December 18, 2010, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Rev. Benjamin Powell officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery of Columbus. Visitation will also be Tuesday, December 21, 2010, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home. Mrs. Kilmer was born May 20, 1946, in Monroe County, MS, to the late Charles T. and Vernie Neal Williams. She was a graduate of Houston, MS, High School and attended Mississippi University for Women. She retired from Bellsouth as a sales representative while living in Columbus. Mrs. Kilmer was a resident of Tuscaloosa, AL, for the last 20 years where she was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Red Hat Society, and enjoyed knitting, beading, and various crafts. Survivors include her husband, Orvin C. Kilmer of Tuscaloosa, AL, brother, Charles "Van" Williams (Abbe) of West Point, MS, sister-in-law, Joyce Kilmer of Columbus, MS, niece, Laura Tinsley (Brooks) of Tupelo, MS, and nephew, Michael Williams of West Point, MS. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
