Perlene Addington Francisco, age 68, of Columbus, MS, passed away December 8, 2012, at her residence. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 1:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Dr. Walt Porter, officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 13, 2012, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home. Mrs. Francisco was born October 11, 1944, in Amory, MS, to the late Argus Preston and Ozell Vandiver Addington. She moved to Columbus, MS, along with her late husband, Dexter Randolf Francisco, in 1985 where they retired. Mrs. Francisco worked for many years as a nurse. She was a Baptist and enjoyed people and helping others. Survivors include her sons, Craig Denny, Jr. and his wife Kim of Papillion, NE, Larry Francisco and his wife Candice of Mantua, NJ, and Randy Francisco and his wife Amy of Columbus, MS, daughters, Susan Vest and her husband Bill of Columbus, MS, Donna Rosario and her husband James of Carlisle, PA, and Cindy Drake of Eclectic, AL, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her children. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105
