VICTOR NEYMAN Victor C. Neyman, age 85, of Columbus, MS, passed away February 11, 2011, at The Windsor Place. Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 10:00 AM at Friendship Cemetery with Father Robert Dore officiating and Gunter & Peel Funeral Home directing. Mr. Neyman was born February 22, 1925, in Columbus, MS, to the late Victor C. and Wylodine Hill Neyman. He was a lifelong resident of Columbus, MS, and a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army. Mr. Neyman was a retired industrial engineer from the Columbus Air Force Base and was a member of the Rhythm Rockers Band for 25 years. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church and in addition to his parents, was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Milne Neyman. Survivors include his sons, John S. Neyman of Kosciusko, MS, and Paul H. Neyman of West Minister, SC, daughters, Susan D. Neyman of Columbus, MS, Victoria M. Poss of Thomasville, GA, and Nancy B. Neyman of Columbus, MS, sister, Wylodine Andrews of Columbus, MS, brother-in-law, William Milne of Halifax, VA, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
