JOAN SCHIPPEL Joan Borke Schippel age 75 died Saturday, June 18, 2011 at her residence in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Annunciation Catholic Church with Father Robert Dore officiating. Entombent will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to service. Mrs. Schippel was born on Saturday, October 12, 1935 in Detroit, MI to the late Clarence and Mary Zasada Borke. She was a retired administrative secretary. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Dick Schippel. Survivors include: Two Sons: Jerry Ruppert (Ginger), Cotodecaza, CA Scott Ruppert (Melanie), Eclectic, AL Two Daughters: Shirley Farrell (Ed), La Grange Park, IL Cindy DePriest, La Grange Park, IL One Brother: Dick Borke (Jean), Palm Desert, CA 8 grandchildren and her dog Tammy Pallbearers will be: Scott Ruppert, Ed Farrell, and Dick Borke
