MACK LEACH - Emmett L. "Mack" Leach, III, of Columbus, MS, died April 22, 2010, at his residence in Columbus. A memorial service will be Monday, April 26, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Gunter & Peel Chapel with Rev. Bill Benson officiating. Mr. Leach was born July 22, 1950, in Columbus, MS to the late Emmett L. Leach, Jr. and Ann Mims Leach. He was a lifelong resident of Columbus, MS, and was a graduate of S. D. Lee High School. Mr. Leach worked as a truck driver and in transportation for most of his life and enjoyed sports and the outdoors. Survivors include his mother, Ann Leach Davis of Columbus, MS, brother, Jerry Leach of Aberdeen, MS, sister, Greta Monfee of North Plate, NE, several cousins and several nieces and nephews.
