SARAH B. SHELTON Sarah Brewer Shelton age 89 died Thursday August 2, 2012 at Rosewood Residence in Belden, MS. Services will be held Sunday August 5, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home Chapel in Columbus, with Rev. Harold Robinson officiating, burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Shelton was born on Friday April 13, 1923 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to the late Percy B. and Sarah Lipsey Brewer. She was a member and former secretary at Wesley United Methodist Church in Columbus. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Thomas Edward Shelton, her brother, P.B. Brewer, and her granddaughter, Beth Ann Shelton. Survivors include: Sons: Compton L.
