Geraldine Wiseman Geraldine Lusk Tarlton Wiseman, age 85 died March 14, 2013 at her residence. Services are 2:00 PM Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Gunter and Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brad Hodges and Rev. Tommy Gillion officiating. Interment to follow at Crawford Cemetery in Crawford, MS. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at Gunter and Peel Funeral Home. Mrs. Wiseman was born in Calhoun City, MS to the late Dewey E. and Blondie Bingham Lusk. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and was a graduate of Macon High School. Mrs. Tarlton enjoyed her friends at Trinity and loved playing cards with them every day, except Saturday and Wednesday. Prior to retirement Mrs. Wiseman worked many years at Tarlton's Store. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wiseman was preceded in death by her lst husband John W. Tarlton, Sr. and her second huband Jerry Wiseman. Mrs. Tarlton is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John W. and Dorothy Tarlton of Crawford, MS; her daughter, Mary Tarlton Williams of Starkville, MS; sister, Virginia Boland of Calhoun City, MS; grand children, John W. Tarlton, III (Janie), Nick Tarlton, Jackie Williams, Pattie Loftis (Lee) and Bryan Windle (Karen); and 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandson, John W. Tarlton,III, Nick Tarlton, Bryan Windle and Lee Loftis. Honorary pallbeares will be her friends from Trinity and Aaron Clark.
