Bobby C. Hunt, age 75, of Columbus, MS, passed away August 11, 2014, at his residence. A private memorial service will be held at a later time. Mr. Hunt was born November 16, 1938, in Lee County, MS, to the late Bluford and Louise Estes Hunt. He served for nine years in the National Guard and worked for many years in the trucking and transportation industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Hudson Hunt. Survivors include his daughters, Leslie Susan Hunt Gjika of Metairie, LA, and Melissa Lynn Hunt Rehman of South Africa, and brother, Wayne Hunt of Tupelo,MS. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
