Twiller Fay Bennett Sanders, age 82, of Columbus, MS, passed away February 6, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at 2:00 PM at First Pentecostal Church with Pastor Steve Blaylock officiating. A private interment will immediately follow at Haughton Memorial Park Cemetery in Amory, MS. Visitation will be Monday, February 9, 2015, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at First Pentecostal Church. Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Sanders was born April 2, 1932, in Itawamba County, MS, to the late Hoyle and Rachel Mills Bennett. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Columbus since 1987. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Lee J. Edwards, brothers, Bonnie Bennett and Tinze Bennett, and sister, Willie Mae Ratliff. Survivors include her husband, John D. Sanders of Columbus, MS, sons, David L. Edwards and his wife Brenda of Tupelo, MS, Joel Glenn Edwards and his wife Rosemary of Columbus, MS, and Nathan Wayne Edwards and his wife Lana of Brooksville, MS, brothers, Charlie Bennett of Nettleton, MS, and Randell Bennett of Amory, MS, sisters, Opal Bishop of Nettelton, MS, and Nell Sargent of Amory, MS, grandchildren, Brian Edwards and his wife Donna, Brad Edwards and his wife Tefinie, Carey Edwards and his wife Mary Martha, Shaun Edwards and his wife Sally, Joshua Watson, Bailey Unruh and her husband Trey, and Morgan Edwards, and 9 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brian Edwards, Brad Edwards, Carey Edwards, Shaun Edwards, Joshua Watson, and Morgan Edwards. Memorials may be made to the First Pentecostal Church, P.O.
