Donna Ann Moore Butler, age 69, of Columbus, MS, passed away April 28, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Blaylock officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Viistation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Butler was born March 17, 1946, in Columbus, MS, to the late Authur M. and Euda Mae Gilmore Moore. She worked for many years at Picks Truck Stop and also worked a number of years as a waitress at Starkville Cafe. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Aaron Butler. Survivors include her son, Aaron L. Butler and his wife Michelle of Columbus, MS, daughters, Dawn Bryant and her husband Mark of St. Petersburg, FL, Carol Butler and her partner Lynn of Gulfport, FL, Kym Gould and her partner Keri of San Ramone, CA, and Elizabeth "JoJo" Logan and her husband Tommy of Steens, MS, brother, Billy Moore of Millport, AL, sisters, Virginia Wilson of Hobart, IN, and Brenda Beatty of Ethelsville, AL, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bill Cole, Donnie Moore, Andy Stafford, Danny Nickoles, Toby Nickoles, and Ricky Nickoles. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Jewell, Alan Glenn, and Billy Moore.
