Donna Marie Matthews Miller, age 61, of Columbus, MS, passed away May 23, 2015, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Gunter & Peel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Miller was born December 13, 1953, in New Orleans, LA, to George Paul Matthews of Shannon, MS, and the late Carol Bernadette Woods Matthews. She was a graduate of Tupelo, MS, High School and the University of South Carolina. Mrs. Miller was currently enrolled at MUW and attended Annunciation Catholic Church. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Paul Matthews, Jr. In addition to her father, survivors include her sons, Adam Miller of Columbus, MS, Matthew David Miller and Thomas Edward Miller, both of Erie, PA, brothers, Paul Matthews and Montoli John Matthews, both of Shannon, MS, and sisters, Casandra Matthews and Serinity Matthews. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
