MYRA MCWILLIAMS Myra Imogene Shelton McWilliams, age 94, of Caledonia, MS, passed away July 15, 2015, at her daughter's residence. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, at Memorial Gardens of Columbus with Rev. Carl Shelton officiating. Gunter & Peel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. McWilliams was born April 27, 1921, in Pickens County, AL, to the late Henry R. and Elsie Manning Shelton. She was a graduate of Liberty High School and formerly attended the First Assembly of God Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Filmore McWilliams. Survivors include her Son, Tommy McWilliams and his wife Gale of Wren, MS, daughter, Jayne Noggle and her husband Tim of Caledonia, MS, brothers, Rev. Carl Shelton of Columbus, MS, and Charles Shelton of Columbus, MS, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Familymembers will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
