Blanche Allred Willcutt age 98 died Friday, October 23, 2015 at her residence in Steens MS. Services will be held Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Lone Oak Church of Christ with Minister Johnny Beckwith and Minister Jimmy McNeese officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Gunter & Peel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Willcutt was born on Thursday, February 08, 1917 in Lee County, MS to the late Calvin and Mary Franks Allred. She was a member of Lone Oak Church of Christ, a World Bible School Teacher, and a supporter of foreign missionaries. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Tom Evans Willcutt. Survivors include her son James Willcutt (Brenda), Birmingham, AL; two grandchildren, Kellock Guthrie (Wayne of Fort Worth, TX, and Tom Evans Willcutt II of Birmingham, AL.; two great grandchildren, Isaiah Robertson of Grand Junction, CO, and Jalyn Guthrie of Fort Worth, TX and many nieces and nephews and Christian friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you contribute to the Sandusky Church of Christ Mission Fund, 1140 Pratt Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35214.
