Jesse Merl Criddle, age 74, passed away April 26, 2016, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Kosciusko, MS. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 29, 2016, at
2:00 PM
at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Grant Mitchell officiating.
Mr. Criddle was born March 14, 1942, in Monroe County, MS, to the late Jim Tom and Lucy Corbell Criddle. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving aboard the USS Duncan. Mr. Criddle worked as a plumber and truck driver for many years.
Survivors inlcude his sons, Jesse Todd Criddle of Steens, MS, Tobby Douglas Criddle of Steens, MS, Tony Russell Criddle of Port Richey, FL, and Tranpas Criddle and his wife Angela of Steens, MS, brothers, James Earl Criddle of Caledonia, MS, and Thomas Criddle of Caledonia, MS, sisters, Mable Criddle of Talladega, AL, Myrtle Lou Burke of Caledonia, MS, Margaret Harper of Columbus, MS, and Myra Haby of Castroville, TX, grandchildren, Taylor Camille Criddle and Tranpas Cole Criddle, and numerous nieces and nephews.
