Kermit Curtis Threet age 86 died Friday, May 20, 2016 at The Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford MS. Services will be held Monday, May 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Webb officiating, burial with U.S. Air Force Honors, will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
Mr. Threet was born on Friday, August 30, 1929 in Dossville , MS to the late Nathan Lester and Myrtle Horne Threet. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church , and a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson Bailey Threet.
