Della Mae Sims

Della Mae Davidson Sims, age 80, of Columbus, MS, passed away August 30, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Sims was born November 1, 1935, in Merrill, MS, to the late Delivan Thomas and Bertie Nelson Davidson. She worked for a number of years in food service and was a retired homemaker. Mrs. Sims had been a resident of Aurora Health and Rehabilitation for the last ten years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Sims.
Mrs. Sims is survived by her son William Lee Eiland and his wife Cathy of Coral Springs, FL.
