Maynard E. Miller

Maynard E. Miller, age 73, died Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point, MS. Memorial Funeral Home will be in charge of his arrangements. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Siloam Baptist Church in West Point with Rev. Wayne Mathis officiating.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM.

The son of the late Leonard and Dorothy Burhow Miller, Mr. Miller was born June 11, 1943 in Creston, IA. He was self-employed as a  truck driver and was currently driving for Loggins Logistics of Jonesboro, AR. He attended the Methodist Church.

He is survived by his  wife Darcy Jean Banks Miller, his sons  and daughter-in-law Ed Miller and Troy and Melinda Miller, all of West Point and Shane and Mel  Miller of Lincoln, NE and his daughter Sophie Miller of Brandon, MS; a stepson Rory Butcher  and his wife Martha of  Des Moines, IA and stepdaughters Jodi Silvernail  and her husband Sean of Claremont, MN and Jeanne C. Butcher of Greenfield, IA.  He is also survived by his brothers and sister-in-law  Larry and Jean  Miller of Phoenix, AZ and Ron Miller of Albuquerque, NM and his sister and brother-in-law  Mary and Jim Schardene of Chelsea, MI, ten  grandchildren Johnny Miller, Jeremy Miller, Ty Miller, Jake Steed, Josh Miller, Beth Smith, Kayla Coleman, Justin Miller, Kyle Miller, Daniel Miller and ten great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
