David Allen Brown

David Allen Brown, age 51, died Monday, March 13, 2017 at his home in Columbus. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home with Brother Dylan Williams officiating.  Burial will take place at a later date at South Onondaga Cemetery in Nedrow, NY.

The son of the late John and Sylvia Doane Brown, Mr. Brown was born March 29, 1965 in Syracuse, NY. He attended Caldwell High School and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was employed By Ruan Logistics as a truck driver.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife Norma J. Brown of Columbus, his sons and daughters-in-law Brad and Crystal Johnson and Chad and Christine Johnson, all of Millport, AL and daughter Taylor Oglesby of Columbus. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law John Bruce and Debbie Brown of Nedrow, NY, Tim Brown of Columbus and Clifford and Brandi Brown of Booneville, MS, and his sisters and brother-in-law Rita McBride of Columbus and Ludeen and Ross Fenner of Nedrow, NY, four grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Taylor, Harold Sullivan, Mark Winstead and Willie Lockett.
