Gordon Clark Dill
February 9, 1950 — March 20, 2017
at Baptist Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be Friday, March 24,
2017, at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Raigan Miskelly
officiating. Visitation will immediately follow the memorial service in
Carolyn's Room of First United Methodist Church. Gunter & Peel Funeral Home
is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dill was born February 9, 1950, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late
Edward Matthew and Louise Schneider Dill, Sr. He received his bachelor's
degree in engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Dill owned and
operated Global Casting Resources, Inc. In addition to his parents, he was
preceded in death by his step son, Matthew Beeman.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Mary Dill of Columbus, MS, daughters,
Deanna Hartman of Sapulpa, OK, and Danielle Dill of Oklahoma City, OK, step
son, Alex Beeman of Cincinnati, OH, step daughter, Holly Newell of Columbus,
MS, and grandchildren, Mason Cline, Riley Newell, Addison Newell, Dylan
Hartman, and Darrian Hartman.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 16,
