John K. Nuesch

John K. Nuesch, age 64, passed away March 28, 2017. The family would like to invite you to graveside services on Friday, March 31, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Friendship Cemetery with Father Gerard Hurley officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 31, 2017, from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Memorial Funeral Home.
John was born May 21, 1952, in Memphis, TN, to the late Fred J. and Billye Jean Shelton Nuesch. He had one brother, the late William Allen Nuesch and has one sister, Carol Ann Bales who lives in TN. The family moved to Columbus, MS, in the 1950's where he attended St. Mary's Catholic School and the college of engineering at Memphis State University. He joined his father as an estimator and project manager in May of 1975 at American Glass Company, Inc. In 1988, he became president o the company carrying on the tradition of creating beautiful buildings that you see around Mississippi and western Alabama. Throughout his business career, John served on the executive board and finance committee of Mississippi Associated Building Contractors.
John enjoyed outdoor sports during his life. He was a hunter, golfer and scuba diver. He visited several different countries with his family and friends to participate in these sports , such as Argentina, Aruba, South Africa, Bilize as well as travels within the United States.
John is survived by his loved ones, Karen Nuesch, Tiffany Nuesch Tabor, Wesley Tabor, Jonathan David Nuesch, Taylor Nuesch, Julia Nicole Tabor, and Carol Ann Nuesch Bales.
Pallbearers will be Reggie Holley, Rodney Glover, Jack Hayes, George Mitchell, Kenny Spain, and Mike Suddth.
